Online purchases can be harrowing sometimes, especially when live animals are involved. Trusting that you will get what you asked for and get them alive is a leap of faith and as is the case for all online transactions, there is a gap between when you pay and when you receive which is sometimes uncomfortable.
Recently we decided to purchase some chickens from Beau Peep Farms. The assistance we received in helping us select "the right ones" (we are first time chicken owners), and the arrangement of the shipping was all done very professionally and promptly. In our case however, we ran into a small logistical issue through no fault of our own nor that of Beau Peep. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during the time of shipping and as such we were met with some unique challenges. It is at moments like this when a business shows its true colours, and I'm am so pleased to report that Beau Peep Farms handled this perfectly. The response to the unfortunate situation was better than we could have asked for. We are so pleased with the final result, but as a business owner myself, the manner in which the entire transaction took place was simply exceptional.
We will never purchase products like these elsewhere - if we buy more birds, we will never shop elsewhere. If you are considering purchasing from Beau Peep Farms, I could not possibly recommend them more. I love how dedicated they are to making sure you get happy chicks! There was a tiny bit of a hiccup with our order but they tried to remedy it as quickly as possible! I will be buying chicks from them again every year! They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Their love for the birds definitely shows through! I highly recommend anyone go to this wonderful family for chicks!

Karli here, I was by yesterday and picked up 3 silver and 2 gold....managed to surprise Zoe with them! You guys made one young lady the happiest Ive ever seen her:) She got their house all set up and got the chicks all settled in. I couldn't get her out of there! Ha! She sat in the coupe with them until late last night and was in there again sitting with them this morning. Thank you so very much, she has wanted these hens for years. I'm sure you will be hearing from her soon. I will forward some photos to you this evening as well. All the best to you!
